By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bet1000 platform available at bet1000.lat ("the Platform"), you ("the User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the bet1000 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotion-specific terms published on the Platform from time to time.

bet1000 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, address, and payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by bet1000 may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the bet1000 Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances associated with such accounts and the permanent closure of all accounts belonging to that individual.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update your details if any information changes, particularly your registered Philippine mobile number used for SMS verification and your designated withdrawal method (e.g., GCash, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or Maya).

All financial transactions on the bet1000 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). bet1000 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and such other payment methods as may be made available from time to time.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash or Maya are typically reflected in your bet1000 wallet immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay may take up to 30 minutes during standard banking hours.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of identity verification (KYC). bet1000 targets processing of GCash withdrawal requests within 1–3 hours of approval. bet1000 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the user breaches any provision of these Terms; (b) bet1000 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity associated with the account; (c) required by law, regulation, or the direction of a competent authority; or (d) the account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Upon permanent closure of an account for breach of these Terms, bet1000 may forfeit any remaining account balance at its discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach (e.g., user-initiated closure or regulatory direction), any verified balance in the account will be returned to the registered payment method following completion of any required verification and compliance checks.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their bet1000 account may do so by contacting support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
